Alex Reczek
Recently honorably discharged U.S. Army Captain. Six years leading soldiers, managing people, and running operations. Now preparing for his Florida air conditioning contractor exams and committed to this industry for the long haul.
Austin Remey
Business owner with a decade of experience. Built a manufacturing company from scratch to $13 million a year in revenue and sold it. Knows how to manage money, get customers in the door, and grow a company the right way.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who knows HVAC inside and out — someone who's been doing this work and wants to be part of building something bigger without having to carry all the headaches of running the business side alone.
We'll be straight with you: we don't have decades of hands-on HVAC experience, and we're not going to pretend we do. What we're good at is running a business — managing the books, getting the phone to ring, hiring good people, and building something that lasts.
What we bring to the table
Money to invest — we're funded and ready to put real dollars behind the right opportunity. No tire-kicking.
Business management — bookkeeping, payroll, scheduling, dispatching, inventory — all the back-office stuff that eats up your nights and weekends.
Marketing that gets the phone ringing — online advertising, Google, a real web presence, and a reputation-building system that most small shops don't have time to set up.
A plan to grow — experience taking a company from $1M to $10M+ by doing great work, treating people right, and being smart about where to invest.
Flexibility — partnership, advisory, or something else. We're not locked into one structure. We want the right person first and we'll figure out the details together.

We're not a big company trying to roll up shops and squeeze out the owners. We're two guys who want to build a great HVAC business in Tampa Bay and do it the right way — and we know we can't do it without someone who's been in the trade.
